Role-Based Recovery Guidelines:
- School Admins & Staff: Enter your official email or username to receive a reset link. Super Admin can also issue single-use reset links from the platform portal.
- Teachers: Use your employee email or request an instant credential reset from your school administrator.
- Students & Parents: If your account has no email attached, please contact your school administration office or class teacher to reset your password or issue a temporary PIN.
